Dr. Hua-Bing Wen, L.Ac. B. Med., MS
Having practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 35 years, Dr. Wen helps patients with a wide array of illnesses at his practice in West Los Angeles. His expertise ranges from internal medicine, pain management, chemo and radiation therapy side effect management, infertility and most recently has had the privilege to treat hundreds of COVID cases from acute to long-haul.
Dr. Wen completed his medical training and education at the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in Integrative Medicine (BUCM) with highest honors and was awarded “best thesis of the year”. Post graduation, Dr. Wen worked as the physician in charge at the emergency room of Dong-Zhi Hospital and as an attending physician in the Integrative Medicine Department for 2 years. There he treated a vast number of patients, taught medical students, and conducted research projects measuring the effects of herbs and acupuncture on a myriad of diseases including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, as well as kidney disease and thyroid conditions.

Contributions to the scientific community include multiple research articles on topics such as diabetes, hypertension, stroke, and integrative chemotherapy. Dr. Wen is passionate about passing on his knowledge to future TCM practitioners!
As such, Dr. Wen has been actively teaching and providing mentorship for students in both Master and Doctorate programs at Yo San University and Emperors College and has been conducting CEU courses since 1995. Most recently, he was a presenter at the Integrative Medicine Symposium at YoSan University and also authored a translation of Shang Han Lun.

In addition, he has been a guest speaker on Sirius XM Doctor Radio discussing topics such as COVID and breast cancer and was featured on NBC Nightline to discuss metastasized lung cancer.
